How we work
The pillars of our company are customer satisfaction and high quality standards. We apply these basic principles to all levels of project management, which undergo constant controls. All of our translation projects are undertaken by specialist professionals, who always translate into their native languages. For large projects, we offer the support of an experienced project co-ordinator, who will advise you and determine your own particular needs and requirements, with person-to-person communication.

For us, managing continuous improvement is crucial, as it is the only way we can incorporate new experience and knowledge into our processes, thus avoiding mistakes in the future. Our work is based on structured processes, with working instructions and control lists that that are constantly being reviewed.
For project management, we use our in-house management software. We use it to continually enter all the most recent data, thus enabling us to check the status of each project at all times. From the moment a project is accepted until the moment it is delivered, each translation goes through the following phases:
